A note on using our materials

At yoga teacher in progress, we create resources (guided journals, podcasts, and reflections) to support self-awareness, presence and intentional growth in your teaching journey. These tools are designed for personal and professional development. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health care.

Self-study and reflection, not diagnosis

Some prompts and other artefacts may invite you to explore emotions, patterns, beliefs, or challenges, both personal and related to your teaching. These reflections are meant to support awareness and insight. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If at any point you feel overwhelmed or emotionally triggered, pause. Take care of yourself first and consider reaching out to a qualified mental health professional for support.

Personal responsibility

You are the expert of your own experience. Move through the materials at your own pace. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t and honor your own boundaries at all times. Your wellbeing always comes first.
